Come hug a tree with me. Find the perfect tree that fits your mood. You will know which one is right for you. Hugging a tree is good. The strengh of wood is a comfort in its solidnes, and we feel supported when we lean against it. The leaves sing to us on a breeze, reminding us that we are loved.
Look for signs and message in the great outdoors, the symbolism of leaves falling in your path, and the pattern of birds in flight.
Our soul feel good when we experience a oneness with natural world, which encourages us to appreciate and respect all life.
HOLDING A TREE
When holding a tree,
I am simply entranced
I return to the protoform of my being.
My cells are renewed,
My energy recharged.
My tree- — my sister, my love, my oxygen
People think me crazy holding a tree.
Deep down they envy me.
I am so rooted kissing the bark.
They are so alienated avoiding it.
When I am one with a tree
The great energy of the Cosmos
Is pulsating through me
What a delight!
