Meet Your Meat - The 12 and a half minute video. It is not easy to watch how animals are raised for food. It is not easy to understand why man can be so cruel. But it is the truth.

I don't eat meat, but not only because it is not healthy food. The first reason is - I don't like to kill animals too.

After this very sad video, (I hope you watched it- if you can) I'd like to serve something different.

Many people like animals even they eat meat. Some people didn't know for sure if it is good for health to eat meat or not (many authorities recommend meat). But they try not to be such cruel.

I know many people who love animals. One of my blogger friend is Suzanne. She is a wonderful woman with big, lovely heart for not only people but for all God's creature.

These beautiful photos are from Suzanne.

"...Our back yard is a wildlife habitat. We feed the birds and squirrels and and what ever else wanders in day or night. We're an equal opportunity feeding station. I can not imagine my life without animals or art".. - says Suzanne.

She is the one of the beautiful souls who understand animals feelings.

Did you read "Skinny Bich"?

Last week, one of my nice client asked me:
-Did you read "Skinny Bitch"?
-"Skinny Bitch" ???.. Oh, no, I don't have time ...specially for this kind of book...
-But this book is about your lifestyle - she said.
-Ooo,... so ... I have to read "Skinny Bitch".


Immediatelly I bought this book. (btw, 3 books-for my family too).

Really she was right. This book is worth to reading.
I recommend this book for its funny and at the same time practical approach to healthy living. Although I may not agree with every word or opinion mentioned throughout this book ( e.g. product placement for vegan meat substitutes; I think it is better to prepare something that is actually healthy).... I can honestly say that this book made me think.

It isn't about being fat or thin - its about being healthy.
About healthy lifestyle.

It is an eye opening book making us realize what we really consume and why we became such unhealthy and obese nation.

And by the way, I know and accepte that we have the "right" to eat what we want, including chemicals and dreaded meat and dairy.

"Skinny Bitch" author gives you five good reasons to go vegan.
