Recipe: Pomegranate-Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
*1/2 cup(s) chilled pomegranate juice
*1/2 cup(s) vanilla low-fat yogurt ( I prefer water or mineral-water)
*1 cup(s) frozen mixed berries
Directions
1. In blender, place juice, yogurt, and berries.
Cover and blend until pureed.
Pomegranate
Long associated with abundance and fertility, pomegranates are eaten in Turkey and other Mediterranean countries for luck in the New Year.
